Ludwig & Associates, P.A. has been involved in a number of immigration cases which have been litigated in the state and federal courts of Florida, as well as foreign jurisdictions as far away as South Africa.

• The firm has had the pleasure of representing individuals and businesses before the immigration law courts in removal actions brought by the INS (now called CIS).
• We have successfully represented clients in asylum cases and before the Board of Immigration Appeals, as well as businesses in labor certification and wage payment matters before the U. S. Department of Labor.
• We recently concluded federal court litigation with CIS, the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI in a matter involving long delays in a pending adjustment of status case due to FBI security clearance system.
• This firm has also been involved in I-9 compliance audits.
